In 2020, Josh Ades and Daniel Ades noticed a pattern. The small businesses they worked with were pouring money into Facebook ads and Google campaigns, only to get diminishing returns. But when those same businesses asked their customers to refer friends, the results were better, cheaper, and stickier.
